I love camping in Yosemite. I love it so much I got up before dawn on a cold March morning to make campground reservations. I was glad I did since all the campgrounds sold out within 5 minutes.
Usually when people go to the park, they go to the Valley to see Half Dome, Yosemite Falls, El Capitan, etc., but since we had already done that several times we went to Tuolumne Meadows.
Were we glad we did! We had 3 days of great hiking, relaxing, and being in the great outdoors!
Hiking to see some giant sequoias!
Almost nothing better than dipping your feet in water and changing your socks after a long day hiking.
Listening to a park ranger.
Dog Lake!
Hiking to the top of Lembert Dome (a mini Half Dome).
I'm really excited for my Anderson classmates going on a Pre-Orientation (or Pre-O) trip to Yosemite. Have lots of fun!
