Catalyst received the Betsy Wood Knapp Innovator Award at The Knapp Innovation, Creativity & Knowledge (KICK) Conference, a partnership between The Knapp Foundation and UCLA Anderson School of Management, held January 22, 2010. The award is given to Catalyst as an organization that serves as a contemporary role model for women, and exemplifies innovation, entrepreneurship, and character. Catalyst is the first-ever recipient of the award. Among the accomplishments for which Catalyst was recognized are its dedication to providing extensive gender-related research, building inclusive workplaces, and expanding opportunities for women and business.
